Camp Invite More Details Registration form For our Overseas Campers

The Sadhana Camp will be held over three days from 6:00 pm on Friday, May 27, to 6:00 pm on Sunday, May 29, at the Hotel Riu Plaza, in Panama City. The subsidized all-inclusive early bird fee per person is $250, based upon double room occupancy for the 27th and 28th nights.(Checkout time will be 4:00pm on May 29) Triple occupancy the room rates will be $225 per person. For Quadruple occupancy the room rates will be $200 per person. Children from ages above 5 and below 14 will pay $125 (share the room with their parents) Single occupancy room rate will be $350. Registrations received after April 30 will pay the regular rate of $350 per person based upon double occupancy. All Campers need to be double vaccinated or have a negative PCR or antigen test done at least 72 hours before the Camp begins. Overseas Campers can visit this website for the latest requirements and protocols to visit Panama. Kindly note these requirements are subject to change. A special rate has been negotiated with the Hotel for those who will be parking their cars in the Hotel for the duration of the Camp.
